Your Account

You need an account (email + password, or Google sign-in) to play. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to play. One player may own multiple characters, but accounts may not be shared or sold.

Fair Play

Shadow Realms is a shared world. Exploiting bugs, using automation or scripts to gain an advantage, abusing the economy (duping, fraudulent trades), or harassing other players in chat may result in a warning, rollback, suspension, or permanent ban at our discretion. If you find a bug, please report it via Send Feedback — don't farm it.

Virtual Goods

Gold, items, gems, shards, cosmetics, VIP status, and everything else in the game are virtual goods. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted, rebalanced, or removed as the game evolves. Purchases (where offered) are final except where required by law.

Service Changes

The game is under active development. Features may change, be rebalanced, or be removed. We may suspend or discontinue the service (with reasonable notice where practical). We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or balance changes.

Termination

You may stop playing at any time and can request account deletion via Send Feedback → Support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The game is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if anything) in the last 12 months.

Promotions & Referrals

Referral programs, promotions, and reward offers are optional bonuses, not entitlements. We may change, pause, or end any promotion at any time, and we may withhold or reverse promotional rewards (including referral rewards and any free or discounted subscription time) that we determine in good faith were obtained through fraud, self-referral, duplicate or fake accounts, chargebacks, or other abuse. Our determination in these matters is final.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the game grows (for example, when payments launch). Material changes will be announced in-game. Continuing to play after changes means you accept them.
